Just as our individual bodies-hearts-minds can suffer from the impacts of trauma, the collective body of humanity exhibits the historical and generational wounds of colonization, environmental destruction, exploitation, and other forms of violence on the soul level.  And more often than not, these wounds have been normalized and mistook as culture rather than addressed and healed at the root.  The imbalances that we see in our relationship to the Earth and the rampant dis-eases of our bodies and minds are connected and point to the severity of our rampant unhealed sickness of collective human soul.

I work with individuals to heal the impact of this soul sickness at the root with one on one guidance birthed through healing justice and transformative justice frameworks, politicized somatics, Indigenous ceremonial work, West African Spiritual cosmologies and Buddhist meditation and philosophy.
